We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurses (RN) to join our dynamic healthcare teams across various specialties, including Med-Surg, ICU, Behavioral Health (BH), and Emergency Room (ER). Qualifications

To be considered you’ll need:

• Successfully passed NCLEX Exam
• A registered nurse (RN) License in the US or Canada.
• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing is required.

Schedule

Shifts: Days and Night shifts available, full-time hours – 36 hours a week, rotating weekends.
Shift Options: 12 hour shift options available.

Compensation

Base Pay Range: USD $32.62 – $45.82 / hr based on work experience
Pay Differentials by shift: Shift differentials offered

Responsibilities

The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for delivering comprehensive nursing care to patients across various units, including Med-Surg, ICU, Behavioral Health (BH), and Emergency Room (ER). The RN will provide both direct and indirect care, ensuring patients receive high-quality care during their time in the facility. Responsibilities include:

• Performing patient assessments
• Administering medications and treatments
• Providing patient education
• Ensuring the safety and well-being of patients
• Overseeing the delegation and supervision of nursing tasks
• Collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to implement and modify care plans

• Administer prescribed medications, treatments, and procedures safely, monitoring patients for potential reactions.
• Demonstrate knowledge of patient development and age-specific care needs, delivering care tailored to individual requirements.
• Apply critical thinking in making sound decisions regarding patient care, including interpreting clinical data and making timely interventions.
• Provide competent and compassionate care for patients with various medical conditions, including those requiring post-procedural or chronic care.
• Continuously evaluate patient progress, consult with specialists as needed, and adjust care plans to optimize outcomes.
