We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurses (RN) to join our dynamic healthcare teams across various specialties, including Med-Surg, ICU, Behavioral Health (BH), and Emergency Room (ER). This position includes Visa Sponsorship and relocation support for qualified candidates.

To be considered you’ll need

• Successfully passed NCLEX Exam
• A registered nurse (RN) License in the US or Canada
• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing is required

Schedule

Days and Night shifts available, full-time hours – 36 hours a week, rotating weekends.

12-hour shift options available.

Compensation

Base Pay Range: USD $32.62 – $45.82 / hr based on work experience
Pay Differentials by shift: Shift differentials offered

Responsibilities Include:

The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for delivering comprehensive nursing care to patients across various units, including Med-Surg, ICU, Behavioral Health (BH), and Emergency Room (ER).

The RN will provide both direct and indirect care, ensuring patients receive high-quality care during their time in the facility. Responsibilities include:

• Performing patient assessments
• Administering medications and treatments
• Providing patient education
• Ensuring the safety and well-being of patients at all times
• Coordinating with the interdisciplinary team to implement and modify care plans based on patient needs
• Overseeing the delegation and supervision of nursing tasks
• Demonstrating strong critical thinking, effective communication, and leadership skills in various clinical settings

• Participate in quality and safety programs, adjusting practices as necessary to meet institutional goals
• Attend required training, in-services, and meetings to ensure professional development and compliance

• Adhere to infection control standards and universal precautions to ensure a safe environment for patients and staff
• Practice patient safety protocols, using proper identification methods for all patients
• Provide clear and accurate patient education, ensuring that patients and families understand diagnoses and treatment plans
• Administer prescribed medications, treatments, and procedures safely, monitoring patients for potential reactions
• Demonstrate knowledge of patient development and age-specific care needs, delivering care tailored to individual requirements
• Apply critical thinking in making sound decisions regarding patient care, including interpreting clinical data and making timely interventions
• Provide competent and compassionate care for patients with a variety of medical conditions, including those requiring post-procedural or chronic care
• Continuously evaluate patient progress, consult with specialists as needed, and adjust care plans to optimize outcomes
