Responsibilities

• Implement new administrative procedures.
• Review and evaluate new procedures.
• Establish work priorities and ensure deadlines are met.
• Coordinate and plan office services such as accommodation, relocation, and maintenance.
• Assist in preparing the operating budget and maintaining budgetary controls.
• Assemble data and prepare reports and correspondence.
• Train staff and oversee administrative procedures.
• Resolve conflict situations and oversee payroll administration.
• Plan and control budget and expenditures.

Experience and Specialization

• Languages: English
• Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
• Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years in a similar role.
• Computer Knowledge: Proficient in MS Office, MS PowerPoint, MS Windows, and MS Word.
