Our client is seeking a Domestic Housekeeper for a permanent, full-time position. Visa sponsorship may be provided for qualified international applicants.

Job Details

• Location: Walkerton, ON
• Salary: $19.00 per hour, 30 to 40 hours per week
• Workplace Information: On site

Responsibilities

• Sweep, mop, wash and polish floors
• Dust furniture
• Vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture
• Make beds and change sheets
• Distribute clean towels and toiletries
• Stock linen closet
• Clean, disinfect, and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances
• Pick up debris and empty trash containers
• Launder clothing and household linens
• Mend clothing and linens
• Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties

Working Conditions

• Work site environment: Non-smoking
• Optional accommodation available at no charge on a live-in basis (not a condition of employment)
• Public transportation is available

Requirements

• Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required
• Experience: Experience an asset
• Languages: English
