Job Overview

Our client is looking for a Retail Store Supervisor. This permanent full-time position is located in Kanata, ON, and offers an hourly wage of $30.00 for 35 hours per week. Visa sponsorship may be available for overseas candidates.

Job Responsibilities

• Assign sales workers to duties
• Hire and train or arrange for training of staff
• Authorize payments by cheque
• Order merchandise
• Authorize return of merchandise
• Establish work schedules
• Sell merchandise
• Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters
• Resolve issues, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages
• Organize and maintain inventory
• Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers

• Supervise 3-4 people
