• Location: Rockland, ON
• Salary: $24.75 per hour
• Employment Type: Permanent, Full-time
• Work Schedule: Day, Evening, Weekend, Shift, Overtime

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff (apprentices, stages hands, design team, etc.)
• Assign sales workers to duties
• Hire and train or arrange for training of staff
• Authorize payments by cheque
• Order merchandise
• Establish work schedules
• Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters
• Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages
• Organize and maintain inventory
• Conduct performance reviews

Qualifications

• Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
• Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year
• Languages: English

Working Conditions

• Work must be completed at the physical location. No remote work options available.
• Fast-paced environment, must be able to work under pressure.
• Handling heavy loads may be required.
