Job Details

• Location: Montréal, QC

• Salary: $35.00 hourly, approximately 30 hours per week

Responsibilities

• Sweep, mop, scrub and wax hallways, floors, and stairs
• Operate industrial vacuum cleaners for debris removal
• Empty trash cans and wash windows, interior walls, and ceilings
• Perform minor repairs on appliances and conduct safety checks
• Supervise other workers and move heavy furniture
• Conduct routine maintenance jobs like painting and drywall repair
• Water and tend to plants, lawns, and gardens
• Work with minimal supervision and clear snow and ice

Requirements

Experience and Education

• 2 to 3 years of experience in a related field
• No degree, certificate, or diploma required
• First Aid Certificate preferred
