Residential Housekeeper – Waterloo, Canada – Visa Sponsorship Available

Job Overview

Our client is seeking 2–3 experienced cleaners to support residential, building, and move-in/move-out cleanings. These positions may also support LMIA or PR pathways for qualified candidates. All necessary supplies will be provided, and sites are local—no driving or license required.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean residential apartments and buildings (daily, weekly, biweekly, or monthly)
• Perform deep cleaning and turnover services for move-ins/move-outs
• Clean common areas of residential buildings: hallways, lobbies, elevators, etc.
• Dust, vacuum, mop, and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and living spaces
• Perform light housekeeping tasks: dishwashing, bed-making, laundry, and organizing (if required)
• Maintain cleaning supply closets and follow site-specific protocols
• Follow health and safety guidelines
• Communicate respectfully with residents, staff, and supervisors

Requirements

• Experience in residential, commercial, or hotel cleaning is an asset
• Strong attention to detail and pride in high-quality work
• Ability to follow a checklist and complete tasks on time
• Friendly, respectful, and works well in a team
• Police background check (or willingness to obtain one)
• Eligible to work in Canada (PR/Labour Market Impact Assessment support may be considered for the right candidate)

• Comfortable working in private homes independently or in pairs
• Experience is helpful but not required—training will be provided

Additional Information

• Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
• Pay: From $18.00 per hour
• Expected hours: 30 – 44 per week
