- Salary: $27.00 to $37.00 hourly (To be negotiated), 30 to 40 hours per week
- Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full-time
- Special Commitments: Night, Weekend, To be determined

Responsibilities
- Analyze budget to boost and maintain the restaurant’s profits
- Develop budget to determine cost of food, ingredients, alcohol, kitchen, and cleaning supplies
- Modify food preparation methods and menu prices according to the restaurant budget
- Monitor revenues to determine labour costs
- Plan and organize daily operations
- Set staff work schedules
- Determine types of services to be offered and implement operational procedures
- Balance cash and complete financial reports
- Ensure compliance with liquor legislation and health regulations
- Negotiate arrangements with suppliers
- Participate in marketing plans and implementation
Qualifications
- Languages: English
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years
- Personal Suitability: Team player
