Job Details

• Location: Fort McMurray, AB
• Salary: $23.00 per hour / 40 hours per week
• Employment Type: Permanent, Full-time
• Work Setting: On-site, Meat processing and/or packing plant, Relocation costs covered by employer

Responsibilities

• Remove bones from meat
• Wrap and package prepared meats
• Weigh meats for sale
• Maintain shift log of production and other data
• Cut, trim, and prepare standard cuts of meat
• Clean meats to prepare for processing or cutting

Requirements

• Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
• Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years in the field
• Languages: English

Work Environment

• Noisy and cold/refrigerated work site
• Physically demanding, standing for extended periods
• Relocation costs covered by employer
