Overview

Our client is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to manage daily operations in a fast-paced warehouse environment. The employer accepts applications from Canadian citizens, permanent or temporary residents of Canada, and other candidates, with or without a valid Canadian work permit. Job Details

• Location: Mississauga, ON
• Workplace Information: On-site
• Salary: $38.00 per hour / 40 hours per week
• Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full-time
• Work Conditions: Day, Early Morning, Morning shifts

Responsibilities

• Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments
• Prepare and submit reports
• Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
• Train workers in duties and policies
• Co-ordinate, assign, and review work
• Organize and maintain inventory
• Establish work schedules and procedures

Supervision

• Supervise 5-10 people
• Oversee transportation route and crew schedulers

Requirements

• Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years
• Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate/diploma from a program of 1 to 2 years or equivalent experience
• Languages: Proficiency in English
