Job Overview

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurses (RN) to join our dynamic healthcare teams across various specialties, including Med-Surg, ICU, Behavioral Health (BH), and Emergency Room (ER). Key Qualifications

To be considered you’ll need:

• Successfully passed NCLEX Exam
• A registered nurse (RN) License in the US or Canada.
• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing is required.

Work Schedule

Schedule: Days and Night shifts available, full time hours – 36 hours a week, rotating weekends.
Shifts: 12 hour shift options available.

Compensation

Base Pay Range: USD $32.62 – $45.82 / hr based on work experience
Pay Differentials by Shift: Shift differentials offered

Responsibilities

The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for delivering comprehensive nursing care to patients across various units, including Med-Surg, ICU, Behavioral Health (BH), and Emergency Room (ER). The RN will provide both direct and indirect care, ensuring patients receive high-quality care during their time in the facility. Key responsibilities include:

• Performing patient assessments, administering medications and treatments, providing patient education, and ensuring the safety and well-being of patients at all times.
• Overseeing the delegation and supervision of nursing tasks, ensuring care is consistent with established protocols.
• Coordinating with the interdisciplinary team to implement and modify care plans based on patient needs.
• Demonstrating strong critical thinking, effective communication, and leadership skills in various clinical settings.
