Key Responsibilities

The Registered Nurse (RN) will be responsible for delivering comprehensive nursing care to patients across various units, including Med-Surg, ICU, Behavioral Health (BH), and Emergency Room (ER). Key responsibilities include:

• Performing patient assessments and administering medications and treatments
• Providing patient education to ensure understanding of diagnoses and treatment plans
• Overseeing the delegation and supervision of nursing tasks
• Demonstrating strong critical thinking, effective communication, and leadership skills
• Coordinating with the interdisciplinary team to implement and modify care plans based on patient needs
• Ensuring the safety and well-being of patients
• Adhering to infection control standards and universal precautions
• Continuously evaluating patient progress and adjusting care plans

To Be Considered You’ll Need

• Successfully passed the NCLEX Exam
• A registered nurse (RN) license in the US or Canada
• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing

Schedule

• Days and Night shifts available
• Full-time hours: 36 hours a week
• Rotating weekends
• 12-hour shift options available

Compensation

• Base Pay Range: USD $32.62 – $45.82 per hour based on work experience
• Pay Differentials by Shift available
