• Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
• Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year
• Languages: English
• Work Environment: Fast-paced, on-site environment with physical job requirements
• Work Conditions: Day, Evening, Weekend, Shift, Overtime, Flexible Hours

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise staff, including training and hiring
• Authorize payments and establish work schedules
• Prepare reports on sales and personnel matters
• Resolve issues including customer complaints and supply shortages
• Organize and maintain inventory
• Manage cash and oversee payroll administration
• Conduct performance reviews

Skills and Qualifications

• Proficient in MS Outlook
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and multitask
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Dependable team player with initiative
