Our client is seeking a dedicated Restaurant Manager to oversee operations at their Calgary location. This role provides potential visa sponsorship for qualified candidates, with or without a valid Canadian work permit.

Responsibilities
- Monitor staff performance
- Recruit and train staff
- Set staff work schedules
- Supervise staff
- Implement operational procedures
- Conduct performance reviews
- Organize and maintain inventory
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Negotiate arrangements with suppliers
- Participate in marketing plans
- Address customer complaints
- Provide excellent customer service
- Plan and evaluate daily operations
Qualifications
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
- Experience: 2 to less than 3 years in a related field
- Languages: English
