We are seeking an Office Administrator for our client. This role will involve various administrative tasks that ensure the smooth operation of the office. Immigration support may be available for qualified overseas candidates.

Responsibilities

• Implement new administrative procedures.
• Review and evaluate new administrative procedures.
• Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
• Carry out administrative activities of the establishment.
• Co-ordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
• Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
• Perform data entry.
• Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures.
• Resolve conflict situations.

Qualifications

• Education: College/CEGEP or equivalent experience.
• Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years in a similar field.
• Languages: English
