• Salary: $20.73 to $21.81 hourly (To be negotiated)
• Terms of Employment: Permanent, full-time
• Work Hours: 40 hours per week

Responsibilities

• Cut beef, lamb, pork, or veal carcasses or sides into primal cuts for further cutting, processing, or packaging.
• Cut meat and poultry into specific cuts for institutional, commercial, or other wholesale use.
• Remove bones from meat.

Requirements

• Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
• Experience: 1 to less than 7 months.
• Languages: French is required.
• Equipment Experience: Knowledge of knives.
• Work Conditions: Physically demanding.
