Responsibilities

Tasks

• Fly fixed-wing aircraft or helicopters
• Follow emergency procedures to compensate for equipment malfunction or failure
• Perform post-flight inspections
• Conduct in-flight tests and monitor aircraft equipment and systems during flights
• Conduct pre-flight inspections of aircraft and ensure weight and balance specifications are met
• Maintain communications with flight dispatchers and respond to in-flight emergencies
