Job Details – Liquid Penetrant Technician
Our client is seeking a knowledgeable Liquid Penetrant Technician for a permanent, full-time position based in Mississauga, ON. This role involves conducting non-destructive testing using liquid penetrant methods, suitable for international candidates. Immigration support may be available.
Location
Mississauga, ON
Salary
$30.32 to $36.38 per hour (to be negotiated), 44 hours per week.
Work Setting
On site, in an urban area. Remote work is not an option.
Responsibilities
- Conduct liquid penetrant inspection.
- Interpret and document liquid penetrant inspection results.
- Prepare surfaces for liquid penetrant inspection.
Requirements
Education
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
Experience
- 1 to less than 2 years of experience in the field.
Credentials
- Nondestructive Testing Certificate.
Additional Skills
- Experience with testing equipment and methods related to liquid penetrant and non-destructive testing.
- Experience in aircraft/aerospace manufacturing.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
Working Conditions
- Criminal record check required.
- Own transportation is necessary.
- Must provide own steel-toed safety boots.
