Our client is seeking a Flagperson for a permanent, full-time position. This role is open to candidates, with or without a valid Canadian work permit.

Job Details

• Location: Victoria, BC
• Salary: $25.00 hourly / 32 hours per week

Responsibilities

• Perform pre-operational inspection
• Read blueprints to determine work requirements
• Erect and dismantle concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring, and barricades
• Perform routine maintenance work
• Direct traffic at or near construction sites
• Perform general labouring duties
• Help with the installation, assembly, and repairs to equipment
• Monitor activities on construction sites to ensure compliance with specifications
• Communicate with other workers to coordinate the preparation and completion of work assignments

Education and Experience

• Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
• Experience: Will train
