Overview

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience, alongside a secondary school graduation certificate. Knowledge of English is required.

Responsibilities

• Develop budget to determine cost of food, ingredients, alcohol, kitchen, and cleaning supplies
• Monitor and evaluate daily operations
• Modify food preparation methods and menu prices according to the restaurant budget
• Plan and organize daily operations
• Recruit, supervise, and train staff
• Conduct performance reviews
• Organize and maintain inventory
• Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
• Address customers’ complaints or concerns
• Provide excellent customer service
