Education: Bachelor’s degree required

Experience: 5 years or more in a relevant field

On Site: Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.

Responsibilities

• Manage the operations of a department providing various administrative services
• Assist in preparing annual budgets
• Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations
• Direct and advise staff in records management, security, finance, purchasing, and human resources
• Ensure compliance with corporate governance and regulatory procedures
• Interview, hire, and train staff
• Manage budgets for client projects, contracts, equipment, and supplies
• Prepare reports and briefs for management committees
• Assist in financial statement audits
• Organize and maintain inventory
