About the Team

The Product Development team plays a crucial role in the commercialization of products. They collaborate closely with various departments including Design, QA, and Merchandising to ensure products meet market needs. Core Responsibilities

The Senior Product Developer will be responsible for:

  • Completing and managing style BOM initiation for mid to high complexity styles from concept through to production readiness.
  • Maintaining data integrity in relevant systems.
  • Organizing daily workflows adhering to development timelines.
  • Collaborating with internal and external resources to identify innovation opportunities.
  • Mentoring and training team members.
  • Facilitating communication with cross-functional partners for issue resolution.
  • Encouraging business-oriented perspectives focused on big picture priorities.
  • Tracking risk assessments and identifying high attention styles.
  • Advising on style development status during product meetings.
  • Researching competitive landscape through market analysis and trend insights.
  • Building relationships with key vendors for clear communication.

    • Qualifications

    Candidates should have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline or equivalent professional experience; focused training in Technical Design or Product Management preferred.
  • A minimum of 8 years of industry experience in Product Development or Sourcing.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Adobe Design Suite.
  • Experience with PLM software.
  • Strong understanding of the end-to-end product lifecycle.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  • The ability to manage multiple tasks and competing priorities.
